I'm absolutely thrilled with my recent loft conversion by Maxiloft, especially considering the obstacles they faced! I initially had reservations about the project's potential success due to the condition of my loft. It had been significantly impacted by a previous roofing job, leaving a substantial amount of flint and dust debris that had piled up all over the original insulation layer.

Maxiloft expertly managed these unforeseen challenges, including the extensive clean-up required. This, coupled with the extreme heatwave conditions (reaching around 40°C in the workspace!), understandably extended the project timeline. However, it's important to note that these adaptations did not affect the agreed-upon costs, which was a huge relief.

The end result is truly terrific. My loft is now properly kitted out, making it straightforward to store items safely and efficiently. Throughout the process, Maxiloft maintained a remarkably tidy work area.
